Opificio – Musical Forge is a music school, rehearsal rooms, and a space for events open to all forms of art and expression.
The Opificio is located in a decommissioned industrial plant in the handicraft district of the town of San Giovanni in Persiceto. The choice of the location was specifically made to reflect the association’s mission, which is to spread the idea that art is similar to craftsmanship because it requires work, dedication and passion.
Even the interior design was done in such a way as to reflect the artisanal concept of art. The materials used are raw construction materials that also positively influence the structure’s acoustics for the activities performed in the facility.
ACTIVITIES
The Opificio has the goal of becoming a centre of attraction for artistic and musical training curricula, offering workshops and seminars of various kinds yet always related to the arts, in partnership with local associations.
All activities are directed at groups who want to improve their music through the use of practice rooms, but also for individuals looking to enjoy artistic and cultural events (exhibitions, concerts, theatrical performances, readings).
