Fifth edition winner
IMAGOblu is an association that engages in the dissemination and teaching of visual arts, with a focus on painting and animation.
It is run by Alessandra Fusi, illustrator, Erica Calardo, painter and researcher and Edoardo Velli, teacher and naturalist illustrator: the three partners are motivated by a great love for their profession and the desire to share it with those who have chosen or want to take this path and who feel the need for some guidance.
Its logo is an octopus called Inko (ink in Esperanto) with eight tentacles: one for each of the endless applications of visual arts.
ACTIVITIES
IMAGOblu periodically organises courses and workshops in Bologna, collaborating with high-profile professionals who work at a national and international level. The programme offered is professional and modular, with limited costs and schedules suited for those who already have work commitments and can not assiduously attend courses with a long and structured curriculum. The nature of the activities is not limited to technical training, but aims to provide participants with an informal setting for a full range of cultural and professional growth, offering portfolio review, informational videos, social exchange between students and teachers, courses dedicated to the organisation of one’s professional career and much more.
