SPECIAL PROJECT 2020

The art project takes its name from Benedetto's first book, 'Mirada', published on Amazon at the end of December 2020. 'Mirada' is a word that, in the context of the Argentine tango, indicates the moment when a man invites his lady to dance with a simple glance. An instantaneous and involving communication that leads to a very intimate contact between two people. The artistic project starts from this concept to describe the exchange of glances occurring between artists and their audience. A mutual and real look. Similarly, the writing and music created by Mirada reflect one another. Sounds and words reflect one another to reproduce the performance that gives its name to the project.
