Ninth edition winner
The cultural association STOFF APS was established in 2008 with the aim of promoting the dissemination of social and cultural activities in the fields of theatre, music, dance and all other forms of art and entertainment, both live and reproduced. It immediately began to manage the Mr Muzik structure on behalf of the Municipality of Modena, consisting of five rehearsal rooms and the OFF concert hall, in which it organised concerts by nationally and internationally renowned artists before the pandemic, as well as continuing to promote local artists. At the same time, STOFF conceived and realised 8 editions of the summer event ESTATOFF, bringing audiences and artists from OFF outdoors. In 2015, the association expands its productions by kicking off the MOCU publishing project, leading to the production of television series at the ESPRIT NOUVEAU space in Bologna between 2019 and 2020. Over the years, the association has also managed other spaces, shows and events on behalf of the municipal administration and others (Estate Modenese, Giardini Ducali, Notte bianca...).
SPECIAL PROJECT 2020
FATECI SUONARE aims to expand the activities of the association within the OFF space in Modena, including, training and giving the possibility to express oneself and make culture, especially at this time of closure, but also in the future. In concrete terms, the idea is to transform the Modena venue into a studio, where it will be possible to realise events in streaming and, at a later date, both with the audience in the hall and at home. To do this, since November the association has been setting up, experimenting, rehearsing, learning and recording its first videos. Based on some of these, the first episodes of "OFFLINE - PILLOLE DI CULTURA"[ culture pills] were produced and broadcast on the association's social channels: short episodes, about an hour long, dealing with different cultural topics and organising different types of streaming events.
