Locomotiv

Locomotiv APS manages since 2007 the homonymous Locomotiv Club, at the DLF Park in Bologna. The aim of the association is to enrich the city's musical offerings by organising concerts, hosting some of the most important artists on the national and international contemporary scene and supporting the local scene. Locomotiv has established a bond with the territory, the associative universe, the local and national media and has developed collaborative relationships with public institutions. Outside its walls it produces: 'Express Festival' - dedicated to the most interesting new releases on the world music scene, 'Tutto Molto Bello' - a festival and five-a-side football tournament for independent labels, 'Biografilm Park' - for which it is responsible for the music programme, concerts in the indoor sporting arena Paladozza and in the city's most prestigious theatres.

SPECIAL PROJECT 2020

In 2020 'Sunshine Superheroes' was inaugurated, the first Italian festival of concerts in the Covid era which, thanks to the response of the public, gave confidence to other realities that have undertaken similar events following its example. As an innovation project, the existing professional audio recording studio was implemented with a video direction for filming, streaming, editing and post-production. The creation of audio/video content, as well as enhancing the value of its activities by making them even more accessible and archivable as a historical memory, also becomes a product/service offered to the music community.
